Jordan Iudica led the way for the Swans as they continued their strong start to the year with a 17.17 (119) to 6.7 (43) victory.
The win was not without some concern for the Swans, with Lucas Conlan (shoulder), coach Will Griggs (ankle) and Jono Gastin (calf) all finishing the game on the bench.
Griffith assistant coach Mick Duncan said all three were precautionary measures ahead of next Saturday's trip to Ganmain.
"There wasn't much to gain late in the game, so it was just about making sure everyone gets up for next week," Duncan said.
Iudica kicked four goals, including three in the first quarter, in a dominant display, while Jacob Conlan also starred with five.
Duncan was pleased with how the Swans started the contest.
"The situation they are in and the situation we are in we didn't take them lightly but to come out in that first quarter and assert dominance was great," he said.
"In the end, the first quarter was the difference. It set up the whole game. After quarter time they hit back at us a little bit, but we had their measure."
Guy Orton and Jade Hodge were both yellow carded after a second quarter melee.
Hodge, Mason Dryburgh and Tim Sidebottom were best for the Crows.
