The Hoppers put the Eagles to the sword with a big second quarter and it proved the difference as the home team prevailed in an otherwise tight encounter, 19.19 (133) to 15.4 (94) at Kindra Park.
Redfern was on fire early and had seven goals to half-time in a dominant display from centre-half-forward.
Coolamon co-coach Jamie Maddox said the Hoppers' second quarter proved the difference.
"It was a good win in the end. They were good and in the second half they played well," Maddox said.
"We played good in the second quarter and that was the difference in the end."
Narrandera defender Liam Paterson will front the tribunal after being reported and red carded for striking Coolamon's Matt McGowan.
Lochlan Dhurrkay and Luke McLoughlin were others to shine for Coolamon.
Narrandera were well served by Corey Baxter, Jordan Hedington and Harry Grintell.
