Premiership coach Mark Stone will make his way back to Wagga for the occasion as Tigers take on Collingullie-Glenfield Park at Robertson Oval.
Tigers' 1999 premiership was the club's third in a row and sixth of the past seven years.
It was the first flag during the golden era without Terry Daniher in charge with Mark Stone leading Tigers to the flag as captain-coach.
Full-forward Corey Pavitt remembers the premiership well.
"Wayne Weidemann and his boys were up and about. Every time we played them, they pushed us really, really hard," Pavitt said.
"They beat us, it was one all during the year. They were hot favourites."
Tigers' boasted the likes of the Stone brothers, Mark and Dean, the Priest brothers, Steven and Andrew, the Jackson brothers, Robbie and Chris, just to name a few.
Mark Parmenter won the Ron Hutchins Medal for best-on-ground after gathering 28 disposals and taking 12 marks.
"It was pretty handy. They had a pretty handy team too," Pavitt said.
"When you go through our guys, it was really handy. We had the two Stone boys leading the way, then you had Jacko, Cooky, guys right across the park, it was a pretty good team.
"It was an era after TD, which was even better. It was the year after."
Tigers' 2009 under 17 premiership team will also hold a reunion on Saturday.
