Kildare produced one of the most dominant grand final performances in recent times to record a 58-point victory over arch-rival Mater Dei Catholic College.
Mater Dei kicked the opening goal of the game and led by two points at quarter-time but never hit the scoreboard again as Kildare ran riot, winning 10.7 (67) to 1.3 (9) at Robertson Oval.
Kildare co-captain Ryan Allen led from the front with a brilliant best-on-ground performance, kicking four goals in a match-winning display.
Allen was rewarded with his second consecutive Mark Gooden Memorial Medal, as well as picking up the Player of the Series award.
Kildare coach Peter Gaffney could not have been any prouder of his men.
"I'm just really thrilled with the effort the boys put in and they got the rewards in the end," Gaffney said.
"I don't think (Mater Dei) scored after quarter time. Our defence really lifted in that second quarter and they just stamped their authority on the game.
"I'm really proud of that, they should be proud of themselves and I couldn't ask for more."
A third consecutive Carroll Cup win sat well with Gaffney.
"Three in a row's nice," he said.
"We're going to struggle next year, we know that, so we're going to have to make the most of the time you've got and hopefully we'll line up again next year and see how we go."
Allen kicked a goal in every quarter, including two rippers from the boundary.
Toby Lawler, Will Reinhold and Sam Macklan also had big games for Kildare.
