Both sides are heading into the clash as they only unbeaten teams in the competition and Swans coach Will Griggs nows the Rovers will bring a strong side come Saturday afternoon.
"They have some quality players and have recruited pretty well this season," he said.
"We will have to be at our best on the weekend because it will be a tough test."
The biggest signing for the Rovers has been Jake Barrett who because the first player since Chris Daniher in 1998 to sign with an AFL Riverina club straight from an AFL list.
Barrett played 23 AFL games during his five years with Greater Western Sydney and Brisbane before signing with Coolamon at the start of the season.
The Swans will be welcoming back some key inclusions this weekend, which will help them in their pursuit to maintain a perfect record.
"Ben King will be back for his first game of the season, and Lucas Conlan may also be available depending if he is selected in the Giants NEAFL side or not," he said.
"Tom Valeri has a bit of an ankle injury so he will be out this weekend and there will be a couple other missing with representative and work commitments."
It has been a stop-start beginning to the season for the Swans with the side having the last fortnight off after having the bye heading into the representative weekend last week, and Griggs is looking forward to playing some regular football.
"It feels like the season has been going for a while, but we have only played three games," he said.
"There are a few other teams in that position, and it will be good to get some consistent games."
The action will get underway at 10.20am when the undefeated under 17s take to the field. The top of the table first grade clash gets underway at 2.10pm on Saturday afternoon.
