Henschke took out the girl's final, making the most of their opportunities to defeat Mater Dei Primary School 2.1 (13) to 1.6 (12).
The two schools will also meet in the boy's final at Robertson Oval on May 29 after they were successful in Thursday's semi-finals.
Henschke qualified with a 4.3 (27) to 3.4 (22) win over South Wagga Public, while Mater Dei defeated Coolamon 7.0 (42) to 2.4 (16) in the other semi-final.
AFL Southern NSW development coordinator Ben Walsh said the standard of football was very good across the 34 participating teams.
"It was a massive success," Walsh said.
"The conditions weren't ideal but we still had a very good turnout of parents and kids. The competition was really strong and Mater Dei and Henschke did well across the board, as they usually do.
"It was good to have a new team in Coolamon make it through to the semi-finals. That was good to see."
