The weights for the $170,000 feature were released on Monday with Japanese import Ambitious handed the top weight with 59.5 kilograms.
Stablemate Plein Ciel is next best with 58kg.
Racing manager Brad Taylor revealed the stable is leaning towards having a two-pronged attack.
"At this stage Plein Ciel is probably going to come," Taylor said.
"We are trying to see if we can get a flight to the Gold Coast as the Hollindale is an option as well but I don't think we can get a flight so he will probably come to Wagga.
"(Ambitious) is likely to come as well."
Ambitious was 10th behind Plein Ceil in the Easter Cup (2000m) at Caulfield on April 20 but was placed twice at group one level last season after joining the Victorian stable.
The stable is likely to bring It'sayesfromme for the Riverina Club 2YO Showcase Handicap (1200m) on Thursday but their other five nominations are unlikely to accept across the two-day carnival.
Next best in the weights is My Nordic Hero for Chris Waller and Taikomochi from the Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott stable both with 57.5kg.
