"I was in my office, on the back of my house, which had windows and they were out near the back fence," he said.
"There was eight to 10 of them. It's a regular occurrence because we're backed onto the park.
"I opened the back door and I copped abuse from a bunch of 8-year-olds, they looked young, 12 years old at the most."
Mr Prisk said the group started banging on the back fence and threatening to come back and smash the windows.
"I don't even know if the police showed up, I never even saw the lights," he said.

"We called the police and they made a call back to say they couldn't find anyone.
"I am just sick of having to be on guard all the time."
Mr Prisk said his neighbours have to deal with the same issues.
"It's getting worse and worse," he said.
"I have been in Mount Austin for three years and in that time it has gotten worse.
"It seems to be Wagga-wide at the moment."
Mr Prisk said it is frustrating and something needs to be done to combat the issues
"There needs to be some onus put on the parents or something done through the courts to stop them re-offending," he said.
"It is getting to the point where one of these kids is going to get hurt because of what they are doing."
