The Eagles belted Leeton-Whitton by 48 points in the local derby, ending a 38-game losing streak, 15.11 (101) to 7.11 (53).
Narrandera broke the game open with six goals to one in the second term to establish a 33-point half-time lead.
From there, the Eagles were never going to let the opportunity slip.
Narrandera co-coach Jamie Grintell said it was great to have the winning feeling back at the club.
"It's great. The rooms were packed. Everyone was very happy, happy and relieved I suppose," Grintell said.
"There's probably 95 per cent of the blokes haven't won a senior game before.
"It's great for the community as well. We've got a lot of good blokes behind the scenes who are helping out. It just shows them things will turn."
Narrandera teenager Jack Grintell led the way with a best-on-ground performance, while younger brother Harry chimed in with three goals.
New ruckman Ben Perry kicked four goals, fellow twin tower Isaac Bunge bagged three, while Blake Renet also impressed through the midfield.
Grintell expects the win to do wonders for the playing group.
"It puts a smile on their faces. It shows they can win," he said.
"It's hard work. We've had a massive pre-season and it came through work rate, one we didn't put in against Ganmain but we'll get another crack at them."
Grintell said there is still a lot of improvement within the Eagles' group.
"I thought we honestly could have kicked another five or six goals," he said.
"We got off to a really good start and the last two minutes before quarter-time they kicked two goals and we weren't really happy with that.
"But the boys did what they were told to do and it shows what they can do. Their tackling pressure was fantastic."
In a sign of the maturity at Narrandera, immediately after the win the focus shifted to next week's clash against Griffith.
"We've got a big task next week but we showed last year that if we can apply that tackling pressure on Griffith that we can match them and I think that we're a little bit more skilful this year," he said.
On a dirty day for Leeton-Whitton, Bryce O'Garey was the Crows' best, while Grant Commins kicked four goals in attack.
