Ambulance crews and a rescue helicopter are responding to an injured man at Paddys River near Tumbarumba on Tuesday afternoon.

An Ambulance Service of NSW spokesperson said an man aged in his sixties had fallen off a horse.
"He's in a difficult spot with not much phone reception," the spokesperson said.
"He's complaining of back pain but the helicopter has been sent as a precaution due to the circumstances."
Along with two ambulance crews, a Toll Ambulance Rescue helicopter was dispatched from Canberra just before 1pm on Tuesday.
According to air traffic records, the helicopter was heading to an area around Paddys River about 17 kilometres south-east of Tumbarumba.
The man was later taken by air to the Canberra Hospital in a stable condition with no further injuries reported beyond the back pain.
