The RFS said people living in or near bushland areas now have access to a better display of hazard reduction burns happening near them.
Hazard reduction works that have been scheduled for the next week can now be seen on the online interactive map, including the proposed area of works, the land tenure and when the works are scheduled at www.rfs.nsw.gov.au.
The planned burns are also listed in a table for each local government area.
As of Monday, the RFS map shows the closest scheduled hazard reduction burns to Wagga at Jeremiah Flora Reserve east of Gundagai, Brindabella National Park and Kosciuszko National Park at Yarrangobilly.
