The Wagga side were found to have played two unregistered players in the 45-24 win over Wagga City earlier this month.
Now Wagga City have been credited with a 30-0 win and received five points.
Tahs hit back with a 38-10 win over Albury on Saturday.
They sit fifth on the ladder after the indiscretion, three points behind Wagga City.
CSU, Tumut and Leeton have all won their first two games of the season.
Reddies took a massive 69-10 win in the grand final rematch over Griffith on Saturday to sit on top of the ladder on percentage.
It is the first time a women's 10s competition has been played.
Southern Inland rugby manager Jack Heffernan believes the change from sevens has been well received.
"I've had conversations with people who are excited about it," Heffernan said.
"They are actually doing scrums in training and I think it is more beneficial to them and builds that pathway into both forms of the game.
"Some teams have been struggling for numbers but seem to pull people out of a hat come weekend time."
Leeton's second grade also lost their points for having three unregistered players in their round one win over Griffith.
