After downing Southcity to start the season, there was to be no second big upset for the Dragons.
Instead it was the Blues who got on top early with a couple of quick tries and from there they never looked like getting headed.
Tumut led 22-0 at half-time and despite not going on with the job in the second stanza co-coach Dean Bristow is pleased with how his team has started the season.
"We were ok in patches but it's two points and two from two," Bristow said.
"We'll happily take it."
Bristow thought the team could have put on plenty of points on the Dragons before a scrappy second half.
However he was thrilled to keep Temora scoreless.
"Our defensive effort was great," Bristow said.
"We did them a few chances in the second half but to turn them away and keep them to nil is a great start for us."
