Yamba man John Ernest Spinks, 78, who is already before the courts for 19 other counts of indecent assault, reappeared in Wagga Local Court via video link from Grafton on Wednesday.
Spinks first came before the courts in June 2018 charged with indecently assaulting a male student on nine occasions between 1975 and 1976.
One of the latest complainants alleges that he was indecently assaulted between 1970 and 1971.
Spinks has pleaded not guilty to the nine charges related to the first complainant, but he has not entered his pleas to the other counts.
Complainants now total six with the alleged offences happening between 1970 to 1978 when Spinks was employed as head of English at Wagga High.
On Wednesday, defence lawyer Zac Tankard applied and was granted an adjournment to convene a case conference with prosecutors in relation to all charges.
"There are some new matters - the plan for both parties is for all matters to join up together," Mr Tankard said.
Spinks will remain on bail until his next local court hearing on June 5 this year.
