The business owner said employees could find themselves answering nearly 10 phone calls each day, despite the store showing no indication of providing the service.
Even worse, they said employees have been abruptly confronted by customers mid-massage who expected a "happy ending."
"The phone calls start off with them asking about the massage and then the code is do you need to wear underwear? They then ask about hand jobs and happy endings," they said.
"We also had incidents when some people just come in and during their massage just flip over and expect it.
"A customer has refused to pay because the staff member would not do that and I had to threaten to call the police."
This business only offers traditional, oil, hot stone or foot massages for customers.
The owner said the requests for sexual services are "disgusting" and "demoralising" and no one should have to deal with that.
"It is affecting our staff on a personal level and the conversations they have with each other and their partners," they said.
"I have my staffs' partners coming in and asking me if I am aware of this - and I am, but it's a part of the industry and we are forced to deal with that."
The owner has called for every massage business in Wagga to distance themselves from sexual services.
They said massage businesses have a stigma attached to the service, which was impossible to separate themselves from when other stores are promoting it.
"We need to ensure nobody in this town does it because people will not expect it or ask for it," they said.
"Massage businesses are trying to build a reputation and it is hard to get away from that stigma when other stores are offering illegal services.
"I know that I would not be able to sleep at night knowing my staff are offering these services at my business."
There are over 20 massage stores within the city.
By definition, a massage premises is considered either a health services facility or a business premises.
If a business offered sexual services in exchange for payment, then they will be considered a sex services premises.
Therefore, the owner of such business will be required to gain development consent from the Wagga City Council to operate its service for the intended purpose.
