Wagga High have shown glimpses of brilliance but gone down to Kildare and Mater Dei Catholic Colleges in the opening rounds of the competition.
The defending champions get a shot at redemption when they meet the undefeated Kildare team in the second semi-final.
"I had a meeting with our boys today and it comes down to attitude and maturity," Harris said.
"(On Monday night) we let Mater Dei bring us down and we played at their level and that's where we lost it.
"If we can play our game then our entire squad is confident we can turn it around. It's great to see our boys haven't given up and we're just as confident as we were going into round one."
Kildare defeated Wagga High 32-4 on the opening night of the competition. Wagga High then gave up an early lead when losing 24-16 against Mater Dei on Monday night.
Harris will make a slight readjustment for the semi-final with Ben Cronin set to return to the forward pack after an experiment in the halves.
Mater Dei will meet Mount Austin High School for the other place in the final, which will be held on Monday night.
