A heavy thunderstorm forced the postponement of the grand final in Wagga last Friday night.
Given that Griffith finished on top and their home ground is now available, AFL NSW-ACT decided to move the grand final to Exies Oval.
"Given that Griffth were ladder leaders and the Exies number one oval is now available the decision was made to move the game to Griffith," Southern NSW AFL communications and partnerships coordinator Matt Olsen said.
"Both teams are looking forward to a tightly contested tussle on the great Exies Oval surface and under lights."
The Swans will take on reigning premiers Charles Sturt University (CSU) at 7.30pm.
