A forensic study of the racing calendar in the Southern District region cannot pinpoint a suitable date for the meeting which was abandoned last Friday.
"At this point we're really struggling to find a spot where other clubs won't be impacted which is really important obviously," ARC chief executive Steve Hetherton said.
"Racing NSW really needs to consider the impact on other clubs in the SDRA.
"We don't want to make our loss someone else's loss as well."
The best-case scenario would have been finding another date in the next three weeks with Albury not due to race again until May 13 following the Wagga cup carnival.
The other pressing concern is the potential failings of the track.
"We want to make sure our track doesn't get any further meetings cancelled as well," he said.
