Chef Tae and his sister Tammy moved to Australia from Thailand, bringing their culinary expertise along with them.
The pair both said it was their mum who inspired them to cook.
"I used to see mum cooking always in the kitchen and thought I want to be like my mum," Tae said.
The young chef said if he could cook one meal, it would be something no one has tried before.
"I love cooking everything, but I would love to find a sea creature or rare fish that isn't easy to try, and see what I can make with it," he said.
Tammy said she learnt a lot from her brother on how to cook, and was the one who led him to Wagga.
"I moved to Wagga nine years ago and Tae moved to Sydney about a year ago, so I asked him to come out here and cook for the people," she said.
"We're very proud of what we've done."
