Hallam's efforts in the 16 years girls long jump and triple jump were particularly remarkable, breaking records set in 2006 and 2008 respectively.
While Dicker took a whopping one second off the 13 years boys 200m record and lowered the 100m mark by half a second.
The 18 individual records (one more than last year) contributed to a high quality carnival which also provided a nail-biting finish.
House honours were taken by Oodgeroo but only after they edged out runners-up (and defending House champion) Gandhi in the last event of the day, the senior boys relay, by just 0.13 seconds.
