Plug + Play runs a series of workshops and meet-ups helping musicians aged 13-25 fine-tune their talents and make a name for themselves.
Marketing Education Officer at the Civic Theatre, Cassie Reardon, said the program had been running for a few weeks and had over 40 people sign up so far.
"We noticed a need in the community to support young musicians that wasn't being met, so we decided to do something," she said.
"We help them end to end, so it could be marketing themselves, technical aspects, learning how to mix their own sounds or what equipment they might need, and also dealing with stage presence, that banter that's really important between songs, and helping them meet other musicians in the community if they want to form a band, or a trio."
Emily Jennings is a 14 year old budding musician who joined Plug + Play.
"I sing and play instruments, so I'm looking to make myself a bit more well-known," she said.
"I'm really passionate about music, I dream to be a musician and I've been singing since I was born too, so I'm very excited."
The program is free, helping Wagga's creative community, with optional paid workshops.
