Shaun Carter and Shane Atkinson (injured) and Shannon Klein and Miguel Escandon (unavailable) missed last week's opening round loss to Sutherland.
"We had 30 turnovers last week and sort of crumbled under the pressure," Heat captain Zac Maloney said.
"We'll have a bit more of a rotation this week which will be good."
Orange announced their return to the competition with a win last week and boast former NBL player Mitch Selwood.
"This is their first year in the comp in about 30 years," Maloney said. "
"It should be a test. They got their first win against Dubbo last week who are pretty competitive. So it's a big win for them and given it's their first year they'll be playing to make a big impression."
Tip-off is at 6pm at Bolton Park Stadium. The Wagga Blaze have the week off.
