This week, David Parry demonstrated how to make a dessert pizza featured on the menu at Giuseppe's Kitchen and Bar.
"It's a thin crust pizza base, based with butter, and topped with banana, brown sugar, maple syrup, ice cream and chocolate fudge," he said.
While he cooked, Mr Perry shared some tips on how to be a top chef in your own home.
"Try not to over-complicate things, make sure you do things that can last a few days because it's easier to make nicer food when you're not as stressed," he said.
"Use a lot of leftovers that you can incorporate into something else like stews."
