Hotondo Homes in Wagga will unveil their new Dakota 316 display home on Saturday, March 16 and this larger-than-life design is set to impress and inspire all who enter.
Local Hotondo Homes builders Craig and Marty Keogh along with sales and marketing manager Kristy Campbell, believe the new design has everything a home buyer and their family could want.
“The Dakota range of homes have been among one of our best-selling floor plans and we’ve made the range even better with the 316 version," Craig said.
"Kristy worked with a team of designers from our Melbourne office to create a truly unique home which will become the newest addition to the Hotondo Homes national floorplan range.
“Designed with the Wagga market in mind, the Dakota 316 has everything our clients loved about the original range but with added space and extras to make it the perfect home for buyers in this area; it’s a dream come true for everyone.”
The design
Featuring four oversized bedrooms, where the grand master suite contains two generous walk-in-robes and an opulent ensuite complete with white stone freestanding bath, three versatile living areas and a generous-sized study, the Dakota 316 is the new dimension in maximum family comfort.
Parents have their own paradise carved out in the master suite at the front of the home, where the remaining bedrooms are strategically placed at the rear around a central bathroom ideal for young children and teenagers when they begin wanting their own space.
The heart of the home, which houses the open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, connects directly to the sweeping outdoor alfresco making everyday living and entertaining a breeze.
“What a growing family needs more than anything in a home is versatility and functionality," Marty said.
"The living and rumpus rooms have been designed to be used as either a private sitting room, a play area or converted into a home theatre – whatever your family requires. The seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living where the open-plan living space and alfresco meet, make the home feel even larger than it already is.”
The Dakota 316 is a must-see for anyone who wants to experience the beauty and quality craftmanship of a Hotondo Home before building.
"It’s really spectacular and we hope everyone who passes through its doors loves the home as much as we loved designing and building it,” Marty said.
Exciting promotion
Hotondo Homes are currently running a “summer direction” promotion running which entitles anyone who registers and pays an initial fee before the end of March to a free $10,000 no-cost upgrade.
“The current promotion is fantastic,” Kristy said.
“It’s been really popular and there’s only a couple of weeks left to take advantage of it.”
Local Hotondo Homes builder Craig Keogh believes the promotion is great value for money and allows clients to pack more value into their new home.
"I think it's one of our best offers yet because you get to choose the package that's right for you," he said.
"We help get more features in your new house so you can put your budget into buying the things you truly want to complete your home."
