Wagga's weekend festivities were marred after one woman punched another inside a bar's toilets during a night out.

Riverina Police District Inspector Adrian Telfer said the attack occurred at 1am on Sunday morning.
"We are looking for a female of Aboriginal appearance, 25 years of age, hair in a ponytail and white singlet. and denim shorts," he said.
"This attack occurred within Que Bar and police are investigating.
"The people aren't known to each other, we believe it happened in the toilets."
Inspector Telfer said the assault occurred "for reasons we can't understand" and the victim, 25, was left with significant bruising to her jaw.

"If anyone witnessed it, please come forward and we will be confidential," he said.
A spokesperson for Murrumbidgee Local Health District confirmed a 25-year-old woman presented to the emergency department, but did not wait for treatment.
Apart from that, Inspector Telfer said the weekend went well especially Mardi Gras.
"It was really good for everyone involved," he said.
"It was really well-received community wise," he said.
"We had police involved in the event and we are grateful to the participants and those who came into town.
"Apart from the assault, it was a pretty good weekend."
