With big sister Sophie setting the pool alight to claim the title of senior girls age champion, Lachie made it a clean sweep of victories in his events, to be named junior boys age champion.
He was one of three to win every event they went in, with Jacee O'Brien and Seth Piltz also starring on their way to championships.
One of the highlights of the day was the 'ironman challenge' as year six students raced across the pool, got dressed in clothes and raced back.
"The ironman was a bit of a hit," carnival coordinator Lilly Gooley said.
"It was a great day. Everyone did a good job. It was a beautiful day, great weather, great facility, helpful lifeguards."
