Okerenyang won the under 18 men's 100m in 11.06 seconds, after qualifying fastest with a wind-assisted 10.9 in the heats.
He also won his 200m heat (22.70s) but the same time in the final saw him finish fourth.
Brother Gerard claimed a second (hammer throw), third (shot put) and a fourth (discus) in his under 16 throwing events.
Gerard threw 41.29m in the hammer, 15.02m in the shot, and 52.72m in the discus.
Also claiming bronze medals were racewallkers Hannah Mison (U20 women's 5000m walk) and Mark Walker (U14 boys 3000m walk).
NSW Juniors is a separate competition to the NSW schools state athletics carnival and the little athletics state titles.
It was Godfrey's first serious hit-out since injuring a hamstring last November and his first tilt at the 200m sprint in eight months.
His next major target is national juniors in April.
