The $9.2 million stadium at the Equex Centre was opened on Monday with Clarke thrilled Wagga's youngsters will now get to utilise similar facilities to those in the city.
"We’re very lucky here in Wagga," Clarke said.
"For them (players) to have the facilities here that equals anything they can get in Sydney, thank you from Wagga Netball."
She expects it will be a great venue to showcase local talent.
The new centre features three indoor courts, a function space with catering facilities, meeting rooms and a 1200-seating capacity for events.
It will help attract higher level events to the city.
However Clarke is most looking forward to the regular users enjoying the brand new stadium.
"Our grassroots players are the reasons these courts are being built, for them to enjoy Saturday competitions," Clarke said.
"Starting very early in the morning and going late into the night."
Clarke said there were plans to increase the competitions run by the association.
Discussions have been under way to introduce men's and mixed competitions.
