The long-time Wagga funeral home took out the feature sponsorship package in front of more than 300 guests at Murrumbidgee Turf Club's 100 Club Dinner and Draw on Friday night.
Alan Harris McDonald manager Josh Paul said the sponsorship is a fitting tribute to the late Andrew Fitzgerald, a former director of the MTC and owner of the business.
"It's unbelievable," Paul said.
"It means more to us than probably anyone will understand. It's a tribute to Fitzy, who built this legacy and that we strive every day to do the work that he did and to give back to the community and family like he did."
While Alan Harris McDonald won, the other four businesses to round out the final five were Wagga RSL & Commercial Club, Riverina Motor Group, Terminate Pty Ltd and Valet Park & Fly.
The event again proved a resounding success. The club used the occasion to thank outgoing chief executive Scott Sanbrook for his service and welcome his replacement, Steve Keene.
