The Bulls head into a clash with ladder leaders Wagga City on Saturday with just one win in their last seven matches.
Add to that they will be without captain Kurt Robertson, vice-captain Alex Smeeth and premiership player Adam Newcombe.
Robertson and Newcombe are both out injured while Smeeth has returned to England.
The Bulls are hopeful he will be back in time for finals, but for now they're out to recover from a loss to wooden spooners Lake Albert.
Assistant coach Matthew Tansey is hoping the club's depth can shine to help cover the big losses.
"Our second grade has been performing pretty well this year and we like to think we have got good depth," Tansey said.
While already assured of a finals position, a loss could see the Bulls slip to fourth and lose the advantage of being the higher ranked team in the first week of finals.
Tansey is after more consistency in the clash at McPherson Oval as they search for a way to hit back from disappointing loss.
"They batted pretty well and bowled real well on the first Saturday, you can't deny that, but we are looking to bounce back and hopefully get on the right track before finals," said.
