Lady Mironton (barrier eight) and Rock 'N' Roller (barrier three) both drew well on Thursday, while Fashion Tip (barrier 17) has the task ahead of her.
Carroll is happy enough with the draw and even more so with how the three are going.
"The draw was fantastic for the two of them and not so fantastic with the other filly," Carroll said.
"As the song goes, two out of three ain't bad.
"With Lady Mironton and Rock 'N' Roller it couldn't have worked out better. It's perfect.
"Their work and bloods and everything are perfect so they're all spot on."
Lady Mironton and Rock 'N' Roller have been aimed at the race for some time, while Fashion Tip earned a crack after continually step up to the mark at her three runs this preparation.
Carroll leans slightly towards Lady Mironton as his best hope.
"I would say Lady Mironton is proven at the distance," he said.
"Rock 'N' Roller will get the distance but he hasn't done it yet."
Simon Miller regains the ride on Lady Mironton, while Kayla Nisbet retains the ride on Rock 'N' Roller. Sydney jockey Winona Costin will travel to Albury to ride Fashion Tip.
Carroll said his instructions to all three jockeys will be to ride them where they are comfortable.
While it is a big feat by Carroll to get three horses into the race, owner John Keough has also done very well as owner of two - Lady Mironton and Fashion Tip.
It is Carroll's second crack at the Country Championships after running in the inaugural heat with Grand Allowance, who missed the start and finished 11th behind Loved Up.
