Transport for NSW's live traffic alerts website first reported the incident at 2:18am.
NSW Police Traffic and Highway Patrol Command posted on Facebook that the driver was uninjured and the "northbound lanes (would be) closed while truck is being righted."
Roads and Maritime Services are also attending the incident.
Transport for NSW advised at 7.43am that one of the two northbound lanes was closed and traffic conditions would change as the truck was removed from the scene.
"Motorists are advised to expect intermittent closures during the vehicle salvage," Transport for NSW stated.
Transport for NSW reported the location as north-east of Tumblong, about halfway between the town and Gundagai South.
