Since starting as Junee Public School principal last year Tracy Delaney has made it a priority to develop and foster positive partnerships across the school and community.
“We have established an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Aspect playgroup," she said.
"We have also collaborated with Junee Community Centre, NSW Police Department and Centacare in establishing the Equip Program, designed to assist students to engage in the school context and provide them opportunities to build on their strengths and achieve individual goals."
The Junee Public School community work collaboratively with the aim of enhancing the learning of each child and to develop positive, productive citizens for the future.
“We provides an inclusive, caring and dynamic environment where dedicated staff are committed to providing a quality, individualised education. There is a strong emphasis on continuous student improvement and students are encouraged to strive for excellence and view learning as a lifelong process,” Tracy said.
“Junee Public staff and community remain committed to building a culture of high expectations, ensuring all students are known, catered for and actively engaged in relevant and challenging future-focused learning. Our staff value the support provided by our wider school community and appreciates the positive impact these partnerships have on students."
