Tayla Lawrence stole the limelight during Kooringal Public School's swimming carnival on Thursday, breaking four individual records enroute to the junior girls championship.
Lawrence was nigh unstoppable in the pool, setting new records in the junior girls 50m breaststroke (52:50), junior girls 50m backstroke (49.20), and junior girls 50m butterfly (56:58).
However, her crowning moment came in the junior girls 200m individual medley where she shattered a 12-year-old record with ease, setting a new time of 4:02:43 to the delight of a packed Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre.
Evie Perry was the afternoon's other record breaker, smashing the 10-years girls 50m freestyle record in a time of 38:57.
Graham came out on top of the house ladder with Castle, Henwood and Wilson close behind.
