The Wagga teenager will play in the match for the third year running.
She debuted as a 15-year-old against South Africa in 2017 before tackling England last year.
This season the game is against New Zealand at Drummoyne Oval on February 28.
Trenaman, who was part of her first WNCL title on Saturday, will then head to New Zealand as captain of the Australia under 19 side.
She also made her WBBL debut for Sydney Thunder this season.
