The Bendigo Bank Tumbafest is the kind of event that brings the community together.
Businesses sponsor, donate or support the event in various ways, the council helps prepare plus inmates from Mannus Correctional Centre do a lot of work towards the event.
The committee work tirelessly to bring the event together along with more than 20 volunteers who help out over the course of the weekend.
The event attracts between 3500 and 7000 attendees depending on the weather.
Organisers are hoping for big crowds for the event's 22nd year on February 23 and 24.
There is a great committee who are behind the event. They all get involved and do a lot of work to make it happen which is fantastic.
- Event coordinator Karly Fynn
