Across NSW conditions are expected to be hot, dry and very windy, with Wagga to experience a maximum temperature of 31 degrees, becoming windy and raised dust is likely in the afternoon and early evening.
The NSW RFS reminds residents that no fires are to be lit; all fire permits are suspended and no cigarette butts are to be thrown.
A reminder that fines double on Total Fire Ban days to $1320 and residents are urged to report any unattended fires to emergency services.
The Bureau of Meteorology predicts Wagga’s forecast for Wednesday to reach a high of 23 degrees, Thursday to reach 28 degrees and Friday, 32 degrees.
