Wagga police are investigating yet another house fire in Wagga overnight.

About 12.47am on Sunday, emergency services were called to reports of a house fire on Adams Street, Ashmont.
Two Fire and Rescue crews from Turvey Park station and one from Wagga station attended where it took them nearly two hours to extinguish and contain the fire.
Turvey Park station commander Jeff Wellfare said they believed the property was previously damaged.
“The fire was fairly well developed when crews arrived...[but] it was contained to the building of origin,” Mr Wellfare said.
The roof of the house has been mostly destroyed.
FRNSW Superintendent Stewart Alexander said the house was severely damaged by the fire and was unoccupied at the time.
There were no reports of injuries to members of the public and emergency services personnel.
Firefighters left the scene at about 2.24am after handing the incident to police for investigation.
