Cahill was set to miss the meeting due to suspension but had the penalty reduced with a successful appeal on Friday.
Cahill picked up a careless riding suspension at Parkes last week that rubbed him out from February 10 to February 24.
But Cahill had the suspension reduced from seven meetings to three, freeing him up for Albury.
Cahill has been linked to a number of runners in the $150,000 SDRA qualifier, including Frenze Hall, Rock ‘N’ Roller, Bulala and Tully Toff.
The Country Championships heat at Albury is on Saturday fortnight, February 23.
