Tracy Lee King, 35, who has been charged with accessory after the fact of a murder, appeared via audio-video link in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday.

Her initial bail application was refused on November 26, 2018.

In court on Wednesday, defence lawyer Selwyn Hausman made the second application for bail based on circumstances relevant to the grant of bail changing.

The change of circumstances are a new address for Ms King and evidence briefs that Mr Hausman received on Wednesday.

“My instructions were that it was her understanding that one of the reasons that bail was refused on the last occasion was because there wasn't a suitable address at some distance from where the alleged offending occurred,” Mr Hausman said.

“They were my instructions and on the basis of that, she has instructed that in fact she does have an address in Sydney where she would be staying with a friend.

“She instructs me that it's on that basis that fresh circumstances exist.”

However, police prosecutor Rowen Harris said “a new and separate address regarding some distances is not a new circumstance”.

Magistrate Christopher Halburd agreed, saying “the mere fact of an address in Sydney is not a change in circumstances”.

“The fact that the brief was served today - I don't understand how that'd create a new circumstance,” Mr Halburd said.

“The principle concerned outlined on the last occasion was the potential for interfering with witnesses or evidence.”

“I fail to see how an address in Sydney changes that.”

Two other people are currently before the courts on charges relating to Ms Boyd’s disappearance.

Allecha Boyd was last seen in Coolamon on August 10, 2017 and no body has been found despite numerous searches by police.

The matter of Tracy Lee King will come before Wagga Local Court again on February 19.
