One fire truck, two police units and three paramedic crews attended the scene, arriving just after 2:30.
The crash involved two vehicles. One – a blue sedan – came off the roundabout before slamming into the side of a house on the street’s corner.
Police closed off the Tompson Street entrance while paramedics worked to free three people involved in the collision.
A passenger in the second car was conveyed to Wagga Base Hospital with injuries to the neck and shoulder.
She is believed to be in a stable condition.
It is unclear whether any of the residents of the house were injured during the incident.
Road diversions remained in place for at least half an hour afterwards, as the clean up continued.
Police are currently canvassing for witnesses to build a picture of the events leading up to the incident.
Motorists in the area are being warned to remain vigilant as the movement of emergency vehicles through the area causes increased traffic.
