The Temora Rugby League fraternity is in mourning following the death of club legend Ron Schulz.
Schulz, who also represented Group Nine, was a front rower and hooker with the Dragons from 1968 to 1984.
He played Maher Cup under Doug Ricketson as an 18-year-old before going on to be part of the Dragons premiership winning team in 1977.
He also coached the club to reserve grade premierships in 1982 and 1984.
He played 239 games for Temora, was awarded life membership in 1981 after playing 200 first grade games and was named as the hooker in the Dragons’ Team of the Century during their 100 year celebrations in 2014.
He was 68.
Funeral arrangements are yet to be made.
