Suidgeest was part of the NSW Country team that took out the Twenty20 title with victory over Queensland at Mooroopna on Saturday.
Suidgeest took 1-15 from 3.1 overs as NSW dismissed Queensland for 87. NSW scored 7-112.
Suidgeest took six wickets from four matches in the Twenty20 component of the championships. He also scored 20 runs without being dismissed.
NSW lost their opening one-day fixture against South Australia on Sunday.
NSW continue their campaign with a clash against Victoria at Katandra on Tuesday. They finish the championships with two more games after that.
Suidgeest, a St Michaels junior, spent time in Canberra but now plays with Wodonga in the Cricket Albury-Wodonga competition.
