The event celebrates Indigenous Australian culture through traditional music, art and community spirit.
Mr Barlow, while calling Condobolin home, lives a nomadic lifestyle and shares his sound through the streets of many regional NSW towns.
The invitation to perform at the cultural festival was a dream come true for the roaming busker.
“I’ve always wanted to be a part of Australia Day celebrations that bring together our Indigenous culture with the whole community, and to do this through music is amazing,” he said.
Mr Barlow, who has been singing and writing music for more than 25 years, said busking was his favourite part of the gig.
“Playing on the streets of country towns is about making connections through the music,” he said.
Mr Barlow will be the sole NSW-based performer at the festival, playing a mix of original songs and covers.
