John Ernest Spinks, 78, first came before the courts in June charged with indecently assaulting a male student on nine occasions between 1975 and 1976.
On Wednesday in Wagga Local Court, a further 19 counts of indecent assault on a male were heard, involving another four complainants.
Spinks will remain on bail until his next court hearing on February 13.
