Demby won the Southern League division four premiership with Cerberus this year and has returned to Wagga through his employment with the Navy.
Demby made his senior debut for the Demons as a teenager in 2016 and had previously represented NSW-ACT at the All Nation Championships.
Collingullie-Glenfield Park premiership coach Luke Gestier believes Demby will be a valuable addition to his squad.
“It’s fantastic to have him back,” Gestier said.
“From all reports he’ll be good and hopefully play a role for us. He’s moved back this way and was keen to kick off his career back out at Collingullie.”
Demby is the second addition to Collingullie-GP’s squad after the recruitment of Wagga Tigers premiership forward John Buchanan earlier this month.
The premiers have lost Jayden Klemke (West Adelaide), Matt Klemke (Canberra Demons) and Lachie Moore (CSU).
The Demons will kick off pre-season training in the New Year.
