SafeWork NSW has confirmed it has begun an investigation into the accident.

A man has been airlifted to Sydney in a critical condition and another has been hospitalised following an accident at a Glenfield Park wreckers yard on Monday afternoon.
Two men sustained serious injuries after a car collapsed on them at Fernleigh Road Motor Wreckers
A Murrumbidgee Local Health District spokesperson said a 53-year-old male was in critical condition and was being transferred to St George Hospital in Sydney by Air Ambulance.
A 67-year-old male was admitted to Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition.

Two men have sustained serious injuries after a car collapsed on them at a Wagga wrecking yard on Monday afternoon.
Paramedics were called to the Fernleigh Motor Wreckers yard following reports that two men had been crushed by a car in the early afternoon.
At least four NSW Ambulance crews responded to the incident on Fernleigh Road at Glenfield Park with police also in attendance.
Two people – believed to be men aged in their 50s and 60s respectively – were trapped underneath a collapsed car at the yard.
It is understood one of the men is in a critical condition after sustaining massive head injuries and has been transported urgently to Wagga Base Hospital.
The second man is in a stable condition with back and limb injuries, lacerations and fractures.
Police are still at the scene.
