Officers from the Turvey Park Fire and Rescue were called out to the very same Davies Place home in Tolland at 11:05pm on Friday – less than 24 hours after they found it alight for the first time.
Firefighters were first called to extinguish that blaze about 1:30am on Friday, which left the unoccupied home about 50 per cent destroyed and with a partially collapsed roof.
Then, when they returned in the evening, they found one fire burning in the backyard and another fire in the front of the house, both which appeared to be deliberately lit.
The next call-out came at 12:55am on Saturday, when firefighters attended another house fire on Brooks Circuit in Tolland.
They arrived to find someone had lit a rubbish bin on fire in the home, which was vacant but not abandoned.
The final call-out came at 4:46am, when firefighters received word of a backyard fire on Yulong Street in Glenfield Park.
Firefighters arrived to find a substantial blaze burning in what appeared to be an undercover entertaining area, which caused significant damage to the property.
The three overnight fires were just the latest in a spate of blazes that have plagued Wagga in recent days.
