Baggio missed last week’s gritty 3-all draw with minor premiers The Casuals and said it’s been difficult to get everyone together ahead of their must-win clash with Rock Solid Gear Wizards.
“We haven't had a chance to have much of a run these past weeks – it’s been bit scrappy and a few people have been away.”
“So yeah, not a lot of time with the team together and we’ll be up against it.”
While Cobras have struggled for consistency throughout the season, Wizards have enjoyed a late resurgence with two wins in their final two outings, including a stunning upset over Quolls.
“It’s just one of those things where you don’t know what to expect,” Baggio said.
“We beat them but Electrics beat us and they’ve beaten Electrics, so I think we’ve just got to be confident and do our best.
“Hopefully we can get up again and win with our full team on the park.”
Meanwhile, The Casuals will face off against Quolls in the major semi final for a direct line to the decider on December 18.
The two sides have been evenly matched this year with The Casuals taking an early 8-7 win before last month’s 6-all draw.
