Wagga's Woodfired Wagon’s owner and chef Jay Vidler said his business is getting busier and busier since opening.
“Cork & Fork is one of the events we have catered at and we have been there since the beginning,” he said.
“We wanted to provide something that was cooked on-site and came fresh out of the oven.”
Mr Vidler said everyone loves a good pizza.
“Fresh, hot and straight out of the oven,” he said.
“People often prefer it to something reheated or deep-fried.
“Pizza is a great option for us to be able to private cater as well as for festivals and local events.”
Cork & Fork kicks off at 5.30pm this Friday at the Civic Centre with two local acts, said Naomi Miller co-owner of Borambola Wines.
“First up is Rory Phillips, 12, from Tumut and we are so excited to have such a young performer,” she said.
“Then Harry and Tom will take it away for the second part of the night.”
There will be 14 food vendors on site, Murrumbidgee Rotary are doing raffles, and Wagga’s Carevan project will launch.
